Diamond Brown is pushing back after Chris Brown accused her of keeping him away from their daughter, Lovely, bringing what she says are receipts into an already heated custody and child support dispute.

The response came after Brown posted on Instagram Stories that he had not seen Lovely in seven months and accused Diamond of being “bitter.” Brown also claimed he pays for her home, two vehicles, Lovely’s schooling and medical expenses, plus $10,000 each month.
“Not allowing me to have time with my child so you can run with a false narrative to the court is disgusting,” Brown wrote. He added, “I HAVENT SEEN MY DAUGHTER IN 7 months.”
Diamond offered a very different account in her social media response. She said she has not prevented Brown from seeing Lovely and displayed messages that she says show she invited him to attend one of their daughter’s runway milestones while he was already expected to travel to New York. Diamond said she received no response.
“You want to see your daughter? Figure it out,” she said.
Her explanation also challenged Brown’s financial claims. Diamond denied receiving $10,000 from him every month and said the Mercedes he referenced was given to her before she gave birth to Lovely. She further alleged that money intended for support had previously been reduced after Brown learned she was dating someone.
The dispute is unfolding against a larger custody and child support battle involving Lovely, who was born in January 2022. An October 1 court declaration from Diamond accused Brown of failing to provide sufficient financial support while also allegedly harassing men she dated after their relationship ended. Brown has denied the harassment allegations.
The filing also presents a direct conflict over parenting time. Diamond alleged Brown had not asked to see Lovely during the previous six to seven months.
Diamond also addressed public comments from Nia Guzman, Ammika Harris and Jada Wallace, who have children with Brown and recently spoke positively about his role as a father. All three have publicly defended Brown as an active and supportive parent.
Diamond laughed off the suggestion that jealousy over Brown’s relationships with the other women was behind the dispute. She maintained that the issue is about what has happened between her and Brown and said her attorney has documentation supporting her version of events.
For now, both sides are claiming they have receipts. The larger questions surrounding custody, parenting time, and financial support will ultimately depend on the evidence presented in their legal case.
