Tia Kemp Tells 50 Cent “We Got Ours Too” After Cease and Desist

Tia Kemp is firing back at 50 Cent after his lawyers reportedly sent her a cease and desist letter demanding that she stop attacking his son Sire Jackson online.

Cease and desist letter to Tia Kemp

Kemp shared the letter on her own Instagram. In it, a law firm that says it represents Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, both personally and as the parent of his minor son, orders her to stop her online attacks on Sire, including posts about his medical status.

According to the letter, around October 20 Kemp posted a photo of Sire with both of his parents, along with a caption that tagged 50 Cent and made claims about the boy and his mother. The letter also objects to what it describes as an explicit image Kemp shared alongside content about Sire, and it cites other comments she allegedly made about him, calling them degrading statements about a young child.

“A child’s health is not content,” the letter reads. It goes on to call Kemp’s comments “disgusting attacks” and accuses her of pairing Sire’s photograph with a fabricated claim.

Kemp did not back down. She posted the letter with a caption calling 50 Cent a simp for being so tender about Sire, then told him “[expletive] u and ya lawyers,” adding, “We got OURS too.”

The screenshot Kemp posted cuts off before the end of the letter, so the name of the firm, the full list of demands and any deadline are not visible. 50 Cent has not publicly confirmed the letter.

Tia Kemp is the mother of Rick Ross’ son, William Roberts III, and her latest round with 50 Cent started on Tuesday after 50 trolled Ross over reports that their son was pistol whipped. Kemp went off on 50 in response and pulled Daphne Joy into it. Sire is 50 Cent’s son with Daphne Joy, and 50 has never hidden how protective he is of him. He named his spirits company, Sire Spirits, after the boy and has publicly said Sire will inherit his business empire.
