A 3 year old soccer standout named Nevada was kicked out of his youth league in Winter Park, Florida, and police escorted his family off the field after parents on the opposing team complained that none of their kids could get the ball from him.

The family shared what happened on TikTok, where they post as Nevadaney10. In their caption, they explained that the league removed Nevada because week after week nobody could take the ball off of him, and some of the parents on the other team did not think that was fair. Nevada is 3. The kids he was playing against are 5.
The game was part of an i9 Sports league, a national youth sports company that runs soccer, flag football and other programs for kids as young as 3. According to the family, the league issued a trespass against them, and officers then walked them away from the field in front of the other children.
“They really called the police on a 3 year old because he had the ball too much,” Nevada’s father says in the video.
Parents from the opposing team can be heard claiming the toddler was “trying to put on a show.” Nevada’s mother was not having it. “Those grown ups huddled up talking about my son… but he ain’t doing nothing but playing soccer,” she said.
The family says they received a refund for their fall 2026 registration.
This is not the first time Nevada has drawn a crowd. His family has been posting his goals and dribbling highlights for a while, and some of those 3 year old soccer clips have been picked up by House of Highlights and ESPN FC. Their posts describe the same scene playing out weekly, with a toddler running circles around older kids while frustration builds on the opposing sideline.
The full video spread on X after an account reposted it with credit to the family, noting that Nevadaney10 does not have an account on that platform. Many reposts framed the incident around race, pointing out that Nevada is a Black child and asking why his talent was treated as a police matter. The X account CantStopPoppin wrote that grown adults watched a toddler play a sport and decided to send uniformed officers after a child who has not even started kindergarten.
i9 Sports has not issued a public statement on the incident. Winter Park police have not released any information about who made the call or what officers were told when they arrived.
