GloRilla and her boyfriend, Toronto Raptors star Brandon Ingram, teamed up for a Ciara Halloween tribute, recreating Bow Wow and Ciara’s classic 2005 “Like You” music video ahead of Halloween.

The Memphis rapper unveiled the couple’s nostalgic recreation on Friday, October 30, adding another look to her Halloween celebration.
Before bringing Ingram into the picture, GloRilla kicked things off by transforming herself into Ciara from the cover of her 2004 debut album, “Goodies.” The original artwork features the R&B singer wearing a pink hoodie with long, flowing hair and a cross necklace.
Glo’s first costume paid homage to one of Ciara’s most recognizable looks from the early 2000s. However, she wasn’t finished celebrating the singer’s iconic era.
For her next reveal, GloRilla recruited Ingram to play Bow Wow while she stepped into Ciara’s role from their hit collaboration, “Like You.”
The original music video, released in August 2005 and directed by Bryan Barber, follows Bow Wow and Ciara as neighbors living in the same apartment building. Although both characters have their own romantic partners, they’re clearly attracted to each other. The storyline includes flirtatious moments, phone conversations, and a memorable elevator encounter.
The song appeared on Bow Wow’s fourth studio album, “Wanted,” and became one of his biggest records. Produced by Jermaine Dupri and Bryan Michael Cox, “Like You” peaked at No. 3 on the Billboard Hot 100 and topped Billboard’s Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart.
Bow Wow and Ciara were also dating in real life during that era, which made their chemistry in the music video even more memorable.
Now, more than two decades later, GloRilla and Ingram have brought the former couple’s music video back into the Halloween spotlight.
But there’s an even sweeter connection behind Glo’s Ciara Halloween tribute.
In 2024, Ciara actually dressed up as GloRilla for Halloween. The singer recreated the rapper’s viral interview with Speedy Morman on “360 With Speedy,” complete with Glo’s colorful outfit, curly hairstyle, jewelry, and signature Memphis accent.
Ciara even reenacted the interview’s funny moments before incorporating GloRilla’s music into her costume video.
GloRilla loved the impersonation and publicly praised Ciara for pulling off the transformation. The two artists already had a musical connection, having collaborated on the remix of Ciara’s “Better Thangs” in 2022.
Two years later, Glo is returning the love by celebrating two different moments from Ciara’s early career.
The Goodies tribute also highlights an album that helped establish Ciara as one of the defining R&B artists of the 2000s. Released in September 2004, the project featured major records including “Goodies,” “1, 2 Step” with Missy Elliott, and “Oh” featuring Ludacris.
Ciara revisited the same pink-themed album artwork herself in 2024 while celebrating the project’s 20th anniversary.
Meanwhile, GloRilla’s Halloween celebration offers another public glimpse into her relationship with Ingram.
The rapper and NBA forward were first romantically linked in summer 2025 after spending time together during Glo’s birthday celebration in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Their relationship became public on social media that September, and GloRilla later began making regular courtside appearances at Toronto Raptors games.
During a December 2025 interview with Complex, GloRilla revealed that Ingram made the first move when they initially connected. However, she explained that she preferred keeping most of their relationship private.
The couple has since shared several affectionate moments publicly, including celebrations following Raptors games.
In June 2026, GloRilla also revealed that her relationship with Ingram was helping inspire music for her upcoming second studio album. She described their romance as healthy and happy while discussing the challenge of balancing love songs with her signature rap style.
