Wynonna Judd’s Pregnant Daughter Grace Kelley Denied Temporary Release From Jail to Give Birth
Wynonna Judd has burnin’ love for sister Ashley Judd.
However, the country music star shared that she and the Divergent actress—the daughters of late singer Naomi Judd—are not “connected” at this point in time.
“We’re taking a break, which all families can relate to,” Wynonna told People in an interview published Sept. 30. “She’s doing her thing, and I’m doing mine.”
But that’s not to say the pair won’t reconnect in the future. In fact, the “Burnin’ Love” singer is certain that she and Ashley will “absolutely” make their way back to each other.
“She just travels a lot. She’s always gone,” Wynonna explained. “It’s nothing specific.”
Last year, the Grammy winner shared deeper insight into their strained relationship.
“Ashley’s doing well. I don’t see her very much, and we’re not as close as I’d like to be, but that’s because success took us away from each other,” Wynonna said on Clint Black’s Talking in Circles series in May 2025. “It’s a funny thing. There’s a bit of a sadness because being famous takes you from home.”
